A short, honest account of what happens to your information. We are a cleaning company, not a data business, and the answer is correspondingly simple.
If you call or message us, we receive the phone number you contacted us from and whatever you choose to share: your name, the address of the job, and any photos you send.
This website also records visits in a general way — how many people open a page and roughly where from — so we can tell whether the site is working. That record is not used to identify anyone.
Only to handle your request: to quote the job, arrange the visit, do the work and follow up afterwards. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
We take before and after photos of the work, and some of them appear on this website. They are of rooms, not of people, and they never include anything that identifies a customer or an address.
If you would rather no photos were taken in your home at all, say so and none will be. That includes after the fact — if a photo of your place is on this site and you want it gone, message us and it comes down.
Contact details and job records are kept as long as needed to serve you and follow up on the work.
If you no longer want to be contacted, say so by the same channel you used and we stop. If you want your information deleted, call or WhatsApp (346) 801-5441 and we will delete it.
Tell us the size of the place and what you need. Send photos on WhatsApp if it is easier — they tell us more than a description does.
