The information on this site about services, areas and prices is published in good faith and can change. Nothing on this website is a contract or a binding offer. The agreed price is the one confirmed with you directly for your specific job.
Prices depend on the size of the place and its condition. A quote given from a description or from photos is an estimate based on what we were shown. If the place turns out to be substantially different from what was described, we will tell you before starting and you decide whether to go ahead.
We would rather have that conversation at the door than surprise you with a different number at the end.
A $30 deposit by Zelle holds a date and is applied to the total. If you cancel or move a date, tell us as early as you can. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Many of our customers are not home while we work, which is normal and fine. You arrange access however you prefer — a key, a code, a lockbox, or a neighbour.
Please put away cash, jewellery, documents and anything irreplaceable before a visit. That is not a statement about anyone's honesty; it is simply the sensible arrangement when a house is being worked in while nobody is there.
Cleaning is not repair. Damage that was already there — a burn in a countertop, a crack in tile, a broken blind, mildew that has grown inside caulk rather than on it — does not come out with cleaning, and we will point it out rather than let it look like something we missed.
Some surfaces are permanently stained rather than dirty, and some grout does not return to its original colour. Where that is the case we will tell you before we start, not after.
Tell us while we are still there if you can — most things take two minutes to put right on the spot. If you find something afterwards, message us and we will come back and deal with it. That is a much better outcome for everybody than a customer who quietly stops calling.
